Renovations – joining new roof areas into existing on domestic and commercial applications, as well as roof replacement of corrugated iron, fibro and concrete tile conversions to metal roofs. Full WH&S approved system for fibro work. Commercial Roofing – New roofing such as tilt slabs, clear span warehouses etc. Commercial roof replacement – as above, replacing roofs in these buildings, working with tenants to minimise disruption to productivity and lease arrangements. Asbestos removal – we are licence( B Class) and experienced in the removal and disposal of asbestos roof sheeting used on roofs of houses and commercial buildings and walls usually of warehouses etc. As sub contractors for the QLD Government’s Asbestos Roof Removal Program in schools as well as Primary Industries work we are well placed to offer our services to the public in this regard. Commercial and residential work. We are also able to incorporate with a Class 5( Open) asbestos supervisor for larger demolition and Government. Insurance work – Full repair and replacement of all hail damage, wind and tree damage to roof and gutters, patios etc. General repairs and maintenance – both domestic and commercial, all aspects of inspection, reporting, maintenance. We are licensed by the BSA – 1098346, and carry all Public Liability and Workcover insurances. All our subcontractors are similarly checked for public liability ($5m minimum) and Workcover/accident protection.
